Snow pages

It's not very often that the kids get a white Christmas. They really enjoyed their chance to play in the snow in 2010.
Bella Blvd. Winter Wonder papers, Cosmo Cricket Tiny Type, May Arts ribbon, Creative Imaginations pearls, white Signo gel pen, unknown cardstock.

The next page used up some Doodlebug Design papers I've been hoarding saving since 2007:
Other: Maya Road transparency snowflake; Queen & Co. jewels; SP Journal This stamp; Colorbox white frost pigment ink; white Signo gel pen; American Crafts Remarks, Glitter Thickers and white Zing embossing powder. The snowmen came from a Bella Blvd. Winter Wonder paper and this LO was based on the Doodlebug's PageMap week sketch posted on the Apron Strings blog:

The next layout is another holiday page:

Reindeer at S:CY

This is my last assignment for  the Sketches: Creatively Yours design team. I had a great time these last few months. I'm very glad Ali reopened the blog and asked me to join the fun. Here is my interpretation of this week's sketch:
My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline paper; October Afternoon mini alphabet; Thickers; Stampin' Up! washi tape; Prima pearls; Ranger glossy Accents and pearl enamels; Jillibean Soup journalling tag; Sakura gel pen; unknown cardstock and random micro butterfly I found on my craft desk.

Here is this week's sketch 9-13:
The Miss Caroline paper fit the sketch so well, it hardly needed my help. Instead of embellishments, I decided to accentuate the pattern on the paper.

I also used the winter theme of the inspiration photo posted on the Sketches: Creatively Yours blog.

I hope you get a chance to stop by the S:CY blog and check out the beautiful layouts posted this week. Our guest designer this month is Angela Fehr. And if the sketch and photo inspire you, let us know.
